How to Request an Accident Report

The Pagosa Springs Police Department has partnered with LexisNexis to provide traffic reports online for convenience and secure access.  Accident reports are generally uploaded within 10 business days after reported.  

To obtain a copy of the accident report, visit https://buycrash.lexisnexisrisk.com/. 

You will need to enter the State and Jurisdiction (Pagosa Springs Police Department) and one of the following:

• Report Number
• Last Name and Date of Incident 
• Last Name and Street
