Business License

The Town of Pagosa Springs requires a business license for all businesses located or conducting business within the Town of Pagosa Springs boundaries. This includes those businesses who are located outside of Town limits but are operating or conducting business or providing services inside Town limits.

We are currently in the process of migrating to a new licensing platform called iWorq. If you would like to apply for a new business license or renew your existing business license, please contact Town Hall.

To pay the fees associated with your new business license or license renewal, you have the following 3 options:

• Call Town Hall at (970)585-8454 to take care of it over the phone
• Stop by Town Hall at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. to pay in person
• Mail your payment to PO Box 1859, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147
