Juvenile Assessment Board

Juvenile Assessment Board (JAB) was created by the Municipal Court Prosecutor, for the purpose of coordinating an effective approach to violations of Municipal Code by juveniles who qualify for and request pretrial diversion.  The JAB shall meet at times established by the Municipal Prosecutor based on case requirements.  The JAB will serve as a tool for the Municipal Prosecutor's pretrial investigation to share information, make recommendations, and ensure accountability for the terms and conditions of pretrial diversion agreements entered into by juvenile offenders.
