Historic Preservation Board

As part of the Town’s Certified Local Government designation, the Town appoints a Historic Preservation Board to review and decide alterations, development proposals, additions to all properties within the Historic District or to any properties designated as a Historic Landmark, as outlined in Article 2.5.5 of the Land Use Development Code.

Town Council opted to appoint the Planning Commission to act in the role of the HPB until enough new members have been appointed to fill the role of the HPB.
