Road Construction Season Begins

The Town’s Public Works Department will be busy this construction season working to complete the following improvements on Town-owned roads. Be on the lookout for road crews and use caution when entering the work zone.
2024 Paving Projects:
- Mill and overlay Hot Springs Blvd. from San Juan St. to Springs St.
- Paving of Springs St. from Hot Springs Blvd. to Park St.
- Full asphalt reclamation with grinding and repaving of Navajo St. from 7th St. to 10th St.
2024 Chip Seal Projects:
Each of the listed road sections below will have crack filling performed before the chip seal application process.
- Cemetery Rd. from 5th St. to the existing repair location to the west.
- 2nd St. from Lewis St. to Mesa Dr.
- S. Pagosa Blvd. from Hwy 160 to Capricho Circle
- Mill Creek Rd. from Hwy 84 to Town limits
- 10th St. and Piedra St. from Hwy 160 to 8th St.
- 8th St. from Hwy 160 to Apache St.
- Great West Ave. from Hwy 160 to the end of the existing pavement
