Cancellation of Municipal Election
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at the close of business on the 64th day before the April 2, 2024 Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, Municipal Election, there were not more candidates for the Town Council than there were positions to be filled at said election, including persons filing Affidavits of Intent to Run as Write-In Candidates. Therefore, the Municipal Election to be held in the Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, on April 2, 2024, is hereby canceled pursuant to Section 31-10-507, C.R.S., and the following candidates are hereby declared elected to the Town Council for four-year terms:
