Liquor License Renewals

The Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) Licensing Division generates annual renewal notices for all license holders normally three months prior to the license expiration date. The Town of Pagosa Springs does not send renewal notices to local licensees reminding them of the renewal procedures. It is the responsibility of the license holder to send the renewal application to the Town with the appropriate fees at least 45 days prior to the expiration date for sufficient time to process the renewal application. If you did not receive a renewal notice from the State of Colorado a form can be found at Department of Revenue website.

The Colorado Department of Revenue sets the state annual fee schedule for liquor licenses, permits, and renewals.
The Town sets the local annual fee schedule for liquor licenses, permits, and renewals.

When sending your application or renewal forms to the Town, please include a check to the Town of Pagosa Springs along with a check to the Colorado Department of Revenue for amounts corresponding to the type of license you hold.

Please contact the Town Clerk with questions or schedule a time to review the application.
